After selling out in 48 hours, it hit both The Washington Post and USA TODAY bestseller lists. (The New York Times list is a week behind the others.)
Hopefully, it will continue on the bestseller lists once inventory is restocked at Amazon on Oct. 27th. Thankfully, the book still is available at Barnes and Noble.
